SouthernJet
OK, a little fun in the preDraft doldrums. I will start. I want him to fail because I want to see a great NFL product and the powers to be need to see that sizzle masters are bad for the NFL and that in the long run, Xs and Os guys, whether boring or charismatic is what makes the NFL great. Once that game starts I want to see a great strategic, in game machinations type contest. I forget as soon as game starts whet kind of press conference the guy gave earlier in week or whether he gave a pep talk from Hell,,,
Scott Dierking
My energies will be focused on hoping that Mangini succeeds. I will have a passing interest in what Herm does and how Kansas City evolves, but not much more than that.
deadringer
of course i want him to fail, but thats only because he's coaching another team besides the jets...

The Troll
I want to see him fail and I will see him fail. He will do exactly what he did in New York to Kansas City. A couple years from now when their offensive line is decimated and Trent Green hangs up his cleats, the Herm Curtain will come crashing down yet again. Then he will scurry out of town like a rat to coach a high profile college team, having successfully pissed away any hope KC had of a championship, and then leaving the franchise in shambles. Personally, I can't wait to see it happen. I have the popcorn ready.

NIGHT STALKER
Personally, I don't give a rats ass what he does. Now, having said that, Herm is what he is...we all got to see that up close and it's just a matter of a season or two with the Chiefs and they'll be coming on this board telling us how right we were...screw him. mudcat21
I think he does well the first year or two because he inherited a good team, even better than the one he took over for the Jets. Then his mark on the team takes place and they start going down the tube quickly.
shawn306
I hope he fails miserably. Smizzy is dead on. There were alot of people (myself included) that stood and drank Herm's Kool-Aid only to see him slink out of town like a rat as soon as things got tough. douche
shutout
To paraphrase the great Spider Jerusalem: I don't give two tugs of a dead dog's dick how Herm the Worm does out in KC...Unless he gets his own line of BBQ sauce that is.

SouthernJet
Lia doesnt realize it yet, but before its over the only place she will be shopping will be the Galleria in Buttfluck, Montana where Herm will be lucky to be a DB coach for a Div. 1-AA team

YJF
Herman Edwards is no longer a member of The New York Jets. That's ancient history. I appreciate the effort that he put in when he was here. He had some success but he fell short of the ultimate goal with us and things ended very poorly. I really wish him good luck but I really don't care what happens with KC. All I care about and all I focus about is The New York Jets. I worry about my house, I don't care about anyone elses. Nothing else matters but The New York Jets to me. Edwards could be coaching in Siberia for all I care. He's no longer a member of this team anymore.
