I only did 3 rounds but here's what I came up with.  Heavy focus on O in the first few rounds but snuck a CB with good pedigree in there.  I feel like the Cosmi and Freiermuth investments would immediately support new QB Zach Wilson.  Signing Thuney and someone like Allen Robinson in FA would really upgrade that talent level on the O when combined with this Draft.

Slid down to 10th overall in a series of trades offered to me and still got Wilson there. I kept accepting smaller trade downs until only one of Wilson/Lance were on the board then one more spot w/Denver because I doubted they'd go QB.

Some minor trade backs for additional picks when no one tickled my fancy when the Jets pick came around.  Added desperately needed speed to the LB corps, but more importantly added a feature RB and baby gronk to be the in line TE allowing the Jets to use Herndon as a split TE more (If he can't consistently contribute in that role, he needs to go). Sadly, the Jets have so many holes that you cannot  address them all ---  #1CB and premiere edge rusher were not addressed because that is the way the draft fell.  Good thing they Jets have two first round picks in 2022.

This one could not happen, but sweet goodness this would be amazing.

From Miami trading up and giving an extra 1st, that Pitts falls to, revamping half the offense, and picking up multiple picks in 2022.  Throw in a FA O Lineman, and you have a great off season.

I love Lucas at 90. He's a plug and play starter at RT IMO.

Traded down with Miami who offered 18 to flip to 3.  PFF offered a lot of other trades but was trying to keep it as realistic as possible and only did 4 rounds.  If JD can get Miami to anti up for this we could really reload this offense.

3. Justin Fields

18. Wyatt Davis

27. Chris Olave

34. Travis Etienne

66. Quincy Roche (edge Miami)

90 Elijah Molden (CB Washington)

97 Trey Smith (OG Tennessee)

What if......

You traded down totally out of the 1st round?  This year is very deep, but no 1st rounders.   However, next year we could have 7 first rounders (including Seattle's and ours) as well as 2 extra 2s, an extra 3, and 2 extra 4s.

You don't want that many firsts in a draft.  Too many potential contracts up at the same time.

Stick to adding 1 or sometimes 2 max.

We had 4 one time, that worked out.

No, 7 is a joke, and that would never actually happen.   You'd never make 7 picks as you said, but you could trade up, trade for players, or trade for even more picks the following years.
