Doggin94it
Trading down with Cincinatti in this scenario is a no-brainer - if they offer next year's 1 and 2 and this year's 1 and 2 to jump up from 5, you obviously take it. But they'll never offer 4 premium picks just to get Sewell. That said, I'd take the deal even without this year's No. 2.

nj meadowlands
I love these wildly unrealistic Mock Draft Simulators with trades. I think I win, in this scenario where (sigh) the Jets are intent on keeping Sam Darnold around. Here, I am bumping Eichenberg into the guard spot, and signing Joe Thuney. I'm also signing Allen Robinson and another EDGE, and re-signing Brian Poole. I'm also getting Marcus Mariota somehow. 5 first rounders in 2022. Lol. Jimmy 2 Times
I love this draft. Traded Sam to the Colts for 21 then dropped to 27 and added a second: Tried again, this time taking Fields. Dropped from 23 to 32 adding a second. Don't know much about the RT from Northern Iowa. Would probably take the Notre Dame tackle instead in that spot if given the choice again. Stoked to get my favorite center prospect at 86. In case anyone hasn't noticed, I love Philips, Marshall Jr, Carter, and Myers. I think corner is probably the best value at 23 if one of the top 3 are still around.
Russh29
First time I’ve felt brave enough to share a mock (what do us limeys know huh ?). Traded down from #2 with Detroit then again with SF (leaving us with 5x 1st rounders in 2022 !) and obviously this relies on either keeping Sam for one more year...the post 4th round picks are me just taking highest rated player at that pick as I don’t know too much about those later guys

jetstream23
I did a 4 Round mock on PFN with the idea that Darnold would be brought back. These trade offers that PFN gives are totally crazy but this would be an absolute home run of offensive and defensive upgrades with a THREE additional 1st round picks coming next year.

It's mocks like this, which are absolutely realistic if JD goes all in on the trade down, which makes me think it will be too much of a temptation for him to ignore. Unless he gets blown away with offers for Sam I think he will trade out of the 2nd pick.

Four immediate starters, 3 on offense, plus some key guys at the premium defensive positions like Edge and CB. The fact that multiple 1sts come back in a trade down loading up the Jets for 2022, and allowing incredible flexibility in next year's Draft would be a wet dream for JD. If Darnold doesn't work out in 2021 in the new system with new coaches then you punt him next year and you have four or five 1st round picks to use in either trades for a veteran or moving up to select a rookie QB.
