That's actually a good point.  The Jets run defense is actually respectable, so it's not as though the Raiders run game was the key to victory to begin with.

I've been confident about the Jets losing since October, but this is the only game i'm worried about.

Carr is the Jeckyl/Hyde of QB's, we beat them easily last year, Raiders usually play poorly on the East Coast.

Hopefully Sam can throw a few freebies to the Defense...

They legit got blown out and embarrassed by the Falcons a few days ago. I think they'll come out this Sunday against the Jets ready after that game. Plus, they are still in the playoff race, and it's not like their running game is a strong suit as someone else said.

If you look at the statistics Darnold literally had his best game last year vs the Raiders. 69% 315yds 2td 0int 127.8 rating. The reason for this is the Raiders rarely blitz and rely on their front 4 for pass rush. Its the blitzing/mixed coverage of the Dolphins and Patriots that kills Darnold. I expect Darnold to have his best game of the year this week. The Jets have to lose on defense this week or its going to be 1-11 and bye bye Trevor

Our defense can’t stop a nose bleed so I fully expect the TE, QB and WR of the Raiders to exploit this secondary. Darnold won’t out duel carr, fully expect us to be blown out by the 3rd

I said it heading into our Dolphins game and I'll say it again heading into our Raiders game, don't worry JN because... We have absolutely nothing to worry about. 

Raiders are 6-5 overall with a Point Differential of -27 (-2.4 PPG). 

NY Jets are 0-11 overall with a Point Differential of -170 (-15.4 PPG). 

The Raiders lose by an average of less than a FG per game and have only lost 3 games by double digits in comparison to our Jets who lose by more than two TD's per game and have lost 7 games by double digits. 

If you believe that the Jets have even a 0.001% chance of beating the Raiders; I've got a bridge in Queens to sell you...

Jacobs is one of the best RBs in football, but Booker is a capable backup. Raiders should be fine.

Booker, Agholar, Ruggs, Renfrow, Waller.  Waller can kill any team.  But other than TE, the rest is not much different from  Gore, Perriman, Mims, Crowder.  This is one of the games the Jets can win.

no team is going to want to be that one to give the jets their first win - the teams on the schedule are already better than the jets - this motivates them to not take it lightly.
