The move is not surprising, considering that Starks was set to count $5.1 million on the team's salary cap, the sixth highest figure on the club. Starks was a pretty good corner in Arizona....better then Barrett....he just had some injury problems so I'd look to see him end up oh I don't know in New York...in a Giants uniform of course.
