Pats must win tonight

Exactly he's almost 70 years old (68) and will retire with 6 rings at the same time as when Brady calls it quits (they'll walk away from the game, together).

He couldn't care less if we end up drafting Trevor Lawrence because he won't be around to experience it (outside of one maybe two seasons worth).

I remember Jet fans telling us he'd intentionally lose to us last game too (didn't happen) and I'm sorry but Bill has way too much of an ego and self pride to become the only and only coach to lose to an 0-15 Jets team (not happening).

Bill would rather cheat to win than ever intensionally lose while embarrassing himself against the 0-15 Jets.

I don’t disagree with that. Well done.

This will be my first and last year ever rooting for a draft pick and rooting for Jet loses (it's been disgusting for me ever since week 4) but I will never root for Bill Belichick wins; I'll never stoop to that level.

It's more than understandable why we're rooting to land Trevor Lawrence because he's the freaking highest rated QB prospect since dating back to Elway/Peyton Manning and rated higher than even Andrew Luck coming out etc etc

But to root for N.E tonight to improve to 7-6 instead of falling to 6-7? That's just disgusting on one too many levels.

If Pats have nothing to play for week 17, Jets should fire Gase and give anyone the interim title for $1 with a $1m bonus payable... if they lose.

Gase is dumb enough to accept the poisoned apple of a win if Belly offers it.

Worse yet, Johnson’s are dumb enough to retain Gase based on the final game - never mind the previous 31.

Your over-explanation is not only timely, but also benign... in many ways obtuse beyond the measure of unintelligible beep-boops of our future alien overlords.

For those hoping Seattle misses the playoffs... it ain’t happening... they’re 98% to make it... they’ll have 9 wins after they smoke us. Plus if they don’t make it they may be a wildcard which means they’ll be playing the NFC east winner which is a more likely win and this worse draft pick.

I heard Jonathan Vilma on Russillos podcast tell a story about BB. BB liked Vilma in Miami and scouted him personally. While Vilma was in NY for the Jets BB never said a single word to him, not even a handshake after games. His first game as a Saint, BB walks over to Vilma and is like you’re an incredible player I’m so glad for you you’re off the Jets. Vilma went on to just emphasize that BB hates the Jets.

BB son is a coach on the Pats. If anyone thinks he won’t play Stidham to F the Jets is fooling themselves.

lol Cam Newton pick 6 and it's now 17-0 Rams ??

Bill Belichick is a CAREER LOSER without Tom Brady and if you check his career Win/Loss record without Brady (throughout 10+ QBs) he's got a career losing record of well below .500.

Brady = the Goat.

Belly = most overrated ever.

I created an off-season thread immediately following Brady's last ever pass being a Pick-6 (I knew that was his final game as a Patriot) making it known that Bill would become absolutely EXPOSED (as a FRAUD) without Brady and many of Jet fans not only disagreed with me but also MOCKED me over it ??‍♂️? however I won't bump up that thread until N.E is officially eliminated from postseason play ??✍️

Time running out for Pats. Who here knows the wild card scenario in this bizarre season and what Pats need to do to secure one. Pats must stay relevant and play for a wild card spot when they play us in last game of season.

Stop.  Worrying.

The Jets are not winning a game...

Vilma was lucky to even get a compliment out of that miserable man.

This is what Brady said about Bill (while still a Patriot)...

"If you're married 18 years to a grouchy person who gets under your skin and never compliments you, after a while you want to divorce him".

Never once even complimented Brady (until after Brady left him)..

After they've dominated our AFC East Division for 20 years, why would anyone want to see them in the playoffs without Brady?

It'll become a huge embarrassment to Bill if he completely missed out on the playoffs during his 3rd season without Brady in N.E (Bledsoe/Cassel/Newton).

He's begining to become exposed as a Cleveland Browns fraud and I'm loving it.

Brady making the playoffs in TB while he completely misses the playoffs in N.E? lol that'll haunt Bill for the rest of his miserable life.

I'd much rather see Buffalo make the playoffs this way we can witness Josh Allen have one of the worst 2nd half playoff performances of All-Time again (Houston of last year) while enjoying the Bills losing during the Wild Card game; while making it 26 consecutive years in a row without a single playoff win ?‍♂️

Every word in bold is wrong.

Belichick has done a very good job coaching this season. The Patriots have the worst group of WR/TEs in the league.  Their QB has a bum throwing shoulder.  The defense had multiple starters opt out of the 2020 season due to COVID.

It took a while to figure out who they are, struggled early in the season, but they have improved... because Beli puts his players in a position to do what they do best.  The knuckle-bashing ruler lesson he taught Herbert last week was wicked.

The ONLY thing Belichick has failed at is personnel.   His preparation and game management is outstanding.
