While serving as an Armor Officer, and by all reports a GREAT soldier, in the National Guard.

He was loved here in Charlotte.  Shame.

 

I wonder as days and weeks pass will we learn it was concussion related? 
 

I feel for his children and wife.  Very sad.

I remember this one game the Rams were playing the Saints I think on espn Sunday Night Football when that Rams receiver Willie Flipper Anderson set a record (336 yds) at the time for yards receiving. There was this point in the game the Saints had to go for it on 4th and short, and Greene looked like a missle hitting Saints running back Dalton Hilliard in the backfield. He was special man. He had the charisma of Ric Flair as well. RIP
