Honest question: Do the Arthur Smith supporters have concerns that his success is unduly dependent on Derrick Henry? Is he Josh McDaniels to Derrick Henry's Tom Brady?

I don't think so. Derrick Henry has had his best 2 years under Arthur Smith. Both years he has averaged more than 100 rushing yards per game. His previous best was 66 ypg. His ypc have also increased under Smith. Add to that the production he's been able to get out of Tannehill and I think Smith is a very intriguing candidate.

I want Arthur Smith I think with Daboll a close second.  I lean towards Smith because he has direct experience resurrecting QB's ruined by Gase.  I believe this is important with Darnold.

Now that Jim Harbaugh is going back to Michigan; I hope it's Bill Cowher (make it happen Woody). 

He'd bring a Bill Parcells type of instant credibility and immediate respect within our locker room.

No Sarge we need a proven HC. Not another coordinator hire. Pat Fitzgerald is the best option.  Did more with less.

I’m pretty sure it’s the OL not Henry.  And that’s not a knock on Henry.

I think Woody and his cronies may conclude that the only way to get the offensive coaching a team needs is to hire an offensive HC.  

That appears to be what works most often (not always, but most often).
