Agree. I think the differentiator for me is going to be the coaching staff. Do we have Greg Roman or Arthur Smith on the staff? If so, then take Fields. If it's Martindale or Brady or someone like that, then I'm trading down.

A lot of it has to do with the coach too.  I think that marriage is crucial.
