Here’s a pic of Gase being escorted out by security

What might have happened if C.J. Mosely never injured his groin and the Jets won that first game against Buffalo? Well we finished at 7-9 so that gives us 8 wins and some confidence  from winning that game Jets could of easily went 9-7 or 10-6 and had a spot in last years playoffs. It Would of took a whole lot longer to get Gase out of here is what would of happened and no full rebuild!

I just want to see how he ends his shtick. He committed for so long I expect something good.

I’m hoping he literally just ghosts the bit.  Acknowledges nothing and moves on.  These dopes will go crazy.

Walmart? Shooting quite high, don't ya think?

He should probably start at the Dollar Store and go from there.

Were you around for his Matt Leinart schtick? He just moved on to the next troll and gave a verbal gymnastic about he was right in some way or fashion.

Hey guys, I just spoke with SAR. He said he is busy right now thinking of a new troll angle so he will be with you shortly. Until then he would like to wish you all a Merry Gasemas.

From Connor Hughes article in the Athletic:

Quote

Still, Douglas has the Jets’ full confidence and the complete trust of Johnson. Johnson will be privy to all potential moves. He’ll be made aware of why Douglas believes those moves will or won’t work. He’ll be involved in all interviews. He will not step on Douglas’ toes, though.

The Jets have basically given Douglas the keys to the franchise. He’ll pick the coach. He has no financial restrictions in free agency. He runs their draft.

And he has the green light from ownership to do whatever it takes to get the coach he desires on the Jets’ sideline.

This is a positive development actually earth shattering!

But, I’ll only buy it when I hear those words come out of a Johnson’s mouth.

I think they will back off on the process but they’ll always control the budget and I’m just not confident they’ll pony up what it takes to get a sought after candidate in here.

In a league where what you can spend on players is capped by the Salary Cap, one way you can compete is to pay top dollar for coaches, front office and staff who are not subject (yet) to the salary cap.

So when Matt Rhule, and soon to be other coaches are paid a ton of money to coach NFL teams, and the top college coaches are paid a ton of money to coach non-for-profit college teams, for a franchise like the Jets that needs to improve, skimping money on coaching and front office is not going to work.

Actually... if Macc didn’t dump Teddy — which many of us said was a bad move and got howled for it — Gase might still be here. Teddy might’ve been able to execute the Manning dunk and dunk accuracy offense well enough to win 6-7 games this year that saw Tannehill thrownfor 4,000 yards under Gase in Miami.

Kinda uninspired, but I guess it can be judged on how crazy people go over it.

No, I wasn't. I guess he's already perfected his script, then, lol.

Problem is Jets have been paying two garbage GMs/HCs at the same time for years. They’re gunshy about paying premium dough x 2. Penny wise pound foolish if I ever saw it.
