I’m skeptical of everything. Rumors-no matter who they come from, even verified reporters,still make people skeptical.

If Either @Mogglez or @football guy were bogus(which I don’t think are) what is the big damn deal to make grown men(or women) so completely butt hurt over the situation to bring out pitchforks to anyone?. No one is asking for money or trying to con any members here, so what’s the worst it is doing? Making people think or ask questions if “PersonX” gets the job and what happens then?  It gives this forum something to talk about in the off-season. No one cries about draft rumors when people post them, why should this be any different?  If you don’t want to listen or hear what either of these guys want to share then don’t click on the thread. Don’t reply to the thread. Ignore them. It’s not that hard. 
 

Personally whether all the info is true or not, I’m coming here more often, craving new info to think about and get a clue where we might be heading, so I thank anyone who owes this forum nothing, and still decides how much or how little info to give us.

As someone who has proven himself a number of times here, you would have to be completely naive to believe that people with the right connections do not get information.  I’m not super defensive about it because, personally, I’m not going to cost my guy his job over some stranger on the internet demanding that I prove to them, or anyone for that matter, who my source is.  I just let what I say do the talking for me.
