Overwhelming majority love him.  Some love him but don't like that he's seemingly trying to force his way out.  A few are taking Houston's side on the matter.  Just about all are fed up with ownership.

If I were a Houston fan I'd be a little pissed off at the way he is acting. Obviously I love it though, cause I want him on the Jets. But Watson is kinda acting immature about this.

No way do we give up any quality players  like QW or Becton, that would just be silly dumb.

Watson is good OUTSTANDING but the Jets should not do anything that puts them in the no man's land for say another 3 to 4 years of 8 to 9 wins because we gave away to much to get Watson.  This isn't golf and guys can get hurt on the Jets too.

You do have to sort out the delusional and laughable.  What is left is a fan base that knows their team really  well, watched the team snap and year after year.

A team is supposed to build around and include their franchise QB in big decisions that the Texans have had to make in the recent past - they told him they would consult him.  And they didn’t.  Even the Jets had Darnold, a way less accomplished QB, sit in on coaching interviews.

I think boards collectively do a good job of explaining opinions on players as a group. Strategy... trade value...is not their strong suit.

Not only that, I think this is more of a straw that broke the camel’s back situation. They basically gave away a top receiver for nothing and are just woefully incompetent. This isn’t a James Harden situation, current teammates and former teammates aren’t slamming him or defending the culture or ownership.

They won't be getting QW. The Texans are sellers and they need to get what they can. The Jets have multiple firsts one of which being the #2 overall this year. The Jets have leverage if DW wants the Jets. The Jets will make a reasonable offer not a blockbuster offer. Three 1's at worst when you have 5 in the next three years isn't bad at all for a legit franchise QB that is only 25 years old. The money can be manipulated to make it work.

Nah, if the goal is to troll, then we need to send our best. I recommend @T0mShane @Falcon63 and @JetsFanShawn. SAR can still oversee operations.

That Texans fan got the name wrong (Quinten?), but I do wonder if Houston would ask for Quinnen in a trade, and if they, how that would affect the rest of their demands? Personally I wouldn't want to trade Q, but it might be more palatable to the Houston fanbase if they came away with Fields, a young rising star in Q and picks.

This is where I’m at. If Watson wants to come here that much, and Joe Douglas can drive a hard (lowball) bargain to get it done, then by all means, he should go for it.

But I don’t want him mortgaging everything for just one player, even this one. I don’t think that was Douglas and Saleh’s plan, either. If they discussed Watson in their interviews, it was hypothetical at best. And they probably didn’t. What they did talk about was all the draft picks and cap room the Jets have this year. Will they change course and give up a massive chunk of all those assets just for Watson?
 
I continue to think they won’t.

I would exponentially increase their traffic and ultimately become a dangerous and influential thought leader among the fanbase.
