Well we no what ertz is. Hes a pro bowl te and can help this team right away. A 3rd doesnt seem to expensive to me. (We have 2 of them) Hes 30 years old.  not every player on the team needs to be 25. Jets have an extremely young roster. Only 5 players older than 30 and 2 of them are frank gore and Flacco.
