It sounds like Carson will get less than the 12 mill per Jones just got.

I'd like to be wrong but I think it is far more likely he is out of the league in two years than he is a top 12 TE in 2 years.

 

Rookie season was good (500 yards, 4TDs) fans immediately and prematurely anointed him. We are entering our third year removed from that season.

The fact that GB didn’t franchise Jones is insane. Could have paid him 9mm avg for 2 years or just franchise him and have more leverage while negotiating.

There are a TON of unverified accounts saying WR Bourne will be announced to the Jets shortly after the tampering window opens tomorrow. Obviously like I said unverified, but interesting nonetheless.

Honestly, I’d scrap the idea of JuJu, keep Crowder, and allocate all the money to those two.  That’s what I want.
