They may reach deals with some mid-tier FAs such as K'Waun Williams, but those won't be deeply negotiated deals. "Offers" will be presented (have already been presented), the agents will talk through some things with Dave Socie/his office regarding some outstanding questions, and they'll give a "ye" or "ne". If they want more money, they'll have to wait until Douglas can revisit those discussions.

Right now, the "big guns" - Joe Douglas and Hymie Elhai - are focused on speaking with pass rushers and pass protectors.

I would have no problems paying Lawson / Ngakoue 15 mil/yr a piece and creating a chaotic pass rush. Sign a Richard Sherman / draft Jaycee Horn at 23 and put out a ridiculous defense with Saleh at the helm. Spend the rest on OL / WR

Jets wanted Pat Elflein back, but they're going after bigger fish and the money he received was a bit rich for a player they felt would be competing for a starting job. They valued him as a C/G, but if the team signs Linsley they'll have one in Connor McGovern and may now consider re-signing Josh Andrews for depth purposes.

Disappointed by that one.  I was impressed by Okwara last year, and really liked him as a more affordable edge-rush option for us.

I predicted us to sign him at 3 years, $40M so at least my numbers were right.
