Thai Jet
I wish him luck. At 33 he has the sense to know his NFL opportunities are limited. He finished his career with 216 receptions for nearly 2800 yds. and 12.9 YPC. He also has 2 Super Bowl rings from his time with the Patsies.

RutgersJetFan
Semi-related here but I've been using one of those big Trigger Point balls for rolling and I recently found out I could have been using a lacrosse ball the entire time. Much cheaper FYI.

mrcoops
Hogan definitely made the most of his opportunities in the NFL. College lacrosse player, then played one year of football at Monmouth where he caught a grand total of 12 passes. Amazing that he got invited to a camp off of that, and even more amazing that he carved out an NFL career. Never a top player, but a guy who worked hard for what he got. Good luck to him in his lacrosse career.

What's interesting to me is that you can not make real money in professional lacrosse. I had a next door neighbor that had both of his sons go in the 1st round of the professional lacrosse draft, and the money was like $1,000.00 per game plus expenses. He must love the competition, because coming from the NFL is a humungous step down. And at 33 years old, he can't have much left in the tank running up and down that field all day. I'm assuming he is a middle or a attack player.
