The 2021 draft looks quite good.

This aint a quick fix.  And rookies take time to develop.  I think this team is going to really take off by 2023 and compete for a divison title.

You are correct.  We will be a super bowl contender in 2023.  We are heading in the right direction.  We just have to let our youth take its lumps.

It does? Wilson is playing as bad as geno and sanchez did in their rookie season, in fact, he's on pace to surpass them in INTs.

Moore looks nonexistent. Carter looks like another JAG RB like perine. The CBS had been okay until today were they faced their first good QB and they got picked apart.

AVT looks okay I guess, but the o line is such a disaster as a unit.

No matter how many complaints , valid or not, Joe Douglas isn’t going anywhere until at least the end of next season. If you can’t accept this, try your best to or go outside and get some fresh air

If we go 3-30 and Joe Douglas isn't fired, season ticket holders are going to revolt, cancel their subscriptions, and that's a far bigger problem for Woody and Christopher Johnson than saving face over another bad GM hire.

We've sat there patiently for rebuilding results since they announced the thing in 2016.  We bought in to Suck For Sam in 2017.  We bought in for suffering with the rookie in 2018.  We were encouraged about the coaching change and some growth in 2019.  We felt discouraged when we blew the Trevor pick and fired the coaching staff in 2020.  We tried to pick ourselves up off the carpet and believe in Wilson (who?) and Saleh (who?) in 2021.  Season ticket holders are exhausted.  We're done with patience.  We're done with no results from all these premium draft picks and this revolving door of GM's and HC's.

Joe Must Go or season ticket holders will.

You forget that Macc had a 10-6 record under his belt. Teams that go 10-6 the majority of the time make the playoffs. Hell, we've seen teams with a 6-10 make the playoffs before. Just goes to show how much bad luck this team has by winning 10 games and still not getting in. Macc also had a 7-9 record, which I don't even see Douglas getting close to that many wins. Also, regardless how bad you think Macc was, at lease he spent money on FAs and tried to put good players on the field, where as Douglas didn't even try this past off season to sign good players to make this team better. He took the cheap route and now is paying for it.

Macc was a horrific GM. Just horrific. WTF are you smokin. JD signed LAwson who unfortunately got hurt and signed Davis who has been decent and will get better once he gels with ZAch. He secured AVT and BEcton. Drafted a top WR in MOore that any GM would have snatched up and got rid of the waste product that GAse and Darnold and Adams were.  But lets keep poiting fingers at JD and say how much better we were under Macc and Gase and Darnold and Adams.  Holy sh*t.

I’m sorry…what? Who looks good?

Wilson has been as bad as it gets.

Moore is AWOL.

AVT who we traded assets to get is struggling more often than not, a part of the worst interior line in football.

Where do you people come up with this stuff? Cultish behaviour. Always the same with Douglas.

That’s fine. They can “revolt” all they want lol. The checks are still clearing for the Johnson family. This team has been bad for a decade and fans still show up. There will absolutely not be a season ticket holder “revolt” that gets JD fired. Those PSL checks are cashed, if a ticket holder walks some other guy will come in and buy a new PSL.

Sorry to burst your bubble though. But I respect the fans who show up weekly though and pay good money to watch, I’m not hating! Just a little reality for ya

Dont clump yourself with the rest of the STHs who go to games because theyre football fans and not Because they were making an investment.

Bye, dump your STs and your wasted PSL dollars and dont let the door hit you in the ass on the way out.  Go follow your idol, Adam Gase

It appears that way, but game film says otherwise. He gets separation and Zach Wilson either doesn't see him, or Zach is being flushed out of the pocket. Don't look at the stat lines and make a determination about Moore. There was at least one play today where Moore was by himself in space.

Check out this article.

Believe it or not, Elijah Moore is getting open consistently | NY Jets Film (jetsxfactor.com)

Why don't you explain to us what he's trying to do?

You mean people still havent noticed he completely gutted the team and has the youngest roster in the NFL trying to develop at the same time as his young QB, that the plan is to have the team and QB both develop as one unit?  As opposed to filling in a pile of overpriced, underperforming FAs as others have done here?  And we all complained about and some are now complaining that hes doing exactly what they complained our GM should do?

Thats hard to understand? Really?

Our best players are Q, Mosley and Fatukasi. All Mac holdovers. Maye probably would be too but he’s checked out.

This is almost entirely a Joe Douglas team now and it’s among the worst in football.

Actually theyre up there with Hall, Becton when he returns, both Carters etc.

But yeah, you missed that just like you missed Quinnen being better than Fatukasi

Laughable.

Becton to this point has been a spectacular bust. Of the top 4 tackles he has been by far the worst. Can’t stay healthy and Fant has been better than him.

Bectons a bust, a spectacular bust.

And Fatukasi is one of the stars of the team.

Heres a fun fact, only one of the top 4 were available to us besides Becton.  And he plays RT, an easier position that we got Fant to play.  So what the other two are, and A Thomas is the bust of the group, is irrelevant.  So theres that just as if Fant is better, thats a feather in JDs hat.
