i think its because how they came out.

one complaint was from March 2020. the 2nd was Aug 2020. why now? they had plenty of time to make it then.

but we seen this too many times in politics . the wait and find as many women as they can and then release it at the time it can hurt you the most. but that also makes it look funny.

you want me to believe that there was one complaint and 10 hours or so 5 other women called the lawyer to add to the list? . no. this lawyer had them for months.

if you dont want men to dismiss stuff like this then be honest. when you get a complain file the lawsuit, dont hold onto it for months or even years.

Not how this happened. The second through sixth women called because Buzbee put out that Instagram post letting potential plaintiffs know this was happening - it was the equivalent of the "do YOU have mesothelioma?" commercials, and PARTICULARLY for these types of complaints, strength in numbers is a real thing. Just look at how differently people are reacting from when there was only one plaintiff to now that there are multiple women making similar accusations. So the fact is that the first plaintiff was coming forward could reasonably and legitimately have spurred other women to come forward. They definitely were not holding six complaints back for a year.

And you can see that in the evolution of his public statements - from "i have a plaintiff" to "there will be four lawsuits" to "there will be 6". At the very least, we know for certain that he got two new plaintiff between the time he put out the second statement and the time he put out the third. I don't know why you would think it's impossible that plaintiffs two through four also reached out after his initial post. In fact, the timing of the release of these complaints, and the cookie-cutter nature of them, strongly suggests it. If you had all of these complaints in hand, there is absolutely no reason you wouldn't file them all at the same time to maximize the impact.

Does that mean Watson definitely did the things he's accused of? No. No it does not. But you guys gotta stop setting up your murder boards and dragging thread from thumbtack to thumbtack based on these conspiracy theory imaginings about how you think a civil case should be handled

Smells like a Bill Cosby situation.

I have little to no interest in reading anything about this. Very likely just a ploy for a few one night stands and a greaseball laywer to make money off the back of a famous athlete. Sure, there are some Darren Sharpers in the NFL, but im sorry, I just don't buy whatever the hell this is going to be spun in to.

I’m really trying to give the benefit of doubt here but doesn’t anyone else see the second plaintiff as having major red flags? For instance, only advertises her business through Instagram (the place many high end escorts use as well) - red flag. Hopes to one day get certified? So she isn’t even a professionally trained masseuse? Red flag. Says she is just starting out her business and isn’t well known but accepts a trip from Atlanta to Houston just to give Watson one massage in a hotel room? Red flag! All this while being a single mother of two children? Sorry something doesn’t compute here.

Sounds much less like a professional massage therapist and much more like… Something professional.

Spin it how you want. If you don't believe stuff like this happens you have not been in a political field. Its not about Watson's price anymore... Its about future players wanting to play for the team or not.

Q, is that you?

Robert Kraft leveraged his contacts in the southern handjob industry to smear Watson, lower his price, and land him on the Patriots.

Whats the cap hit of a restructured contract that pays only $10 mil per backloaded with tug jobs?

How does this help the Texans? His trade value was just instantly diminished

Yeah if there’s any credence to these accusations we might somehow be able to get Watson at a semi-reasonable price like Sam and the 2 Seattle picks

Is this all about Watson asking woman to produce knuckle children for him / getting denied - leaving then later apologizing. Or did I miss something? ?

That organization is trending towards the league to stepping and force a sale good or bad.  We thought the Jets could not sign players, watch this train wreck and expect the league to step in.  The owner passed and the shield will not let this carry into the season with Jr.

They're still signing guys. The league isnt going to step in. The issue is strictly between Watson and ownership

why not. unless he gets a lifetime ban he will play again. so why not for us?

Hmmmmm the Johnson’s are not those owners.   We are the only team that i know has socially focused reporters.   We have literally Jets shows highlighting the contributions of women.

i do not believe that they are going to bring in a player, if it is shown to be credible, that he forced multiple women to touch his penis against their will.

I could of course be wrong but I just don’t see it.

Hmmmm why would a multi-millionaire athlete who can afford as many private massages he wants, consistently went to numerous massage parlors where this type of behavior was condoned, not permitted and not accepted so he decided to force these women to perform this behavior, instead of ordering high class call girls who do massages and then some? Or just like use the hoards of groupies who I'm sure would love to have his child support?

Seems fishy, especially since women are coming forward after the Lawyer said there was prize money involved but hey, if he did this, he's scumbag.  Seems out of character but ya never know!  People are scum.
