And as for who will be there, those in the top 10 will be well-represented. Jets GM Joe Douglas, assistant GM Rex Hogan and OC Mike LaFleur; 49ers assistant GM Adam Peters, college scouting director Ethan Waugh and QBs coach Rich Scangarello; Falcons GM Terry Fontenot, coach Arthur Smith and OC Dave Ragone; Eagles QBs coach Brian Johnson, Panthers GM Scott Fitterer, coach Matt Rhule, and director of player personnel Pat Stewart; and Broncos GM George Paton are all expected to be in attendance. The Patriots, who’ve been linked to Fields, are sending exec Eliot Wolf and their area scout.

We were wondering who from the Jets would attend Fields pro day.  According to Albert Breed here is the team.

Jets GM Joe Douglas, assistant GM Rex Hogan and OC Mike LaFleur

So, we get Hogan rather than Salah.  Hogan also went to Trevor and Lance's pro day.

Not a bad crew. Fields is back in the fold.

SF didn’t trade all of that capital for #3 without a contingency plan.  They have to be settled on more than 1 QB.

I don’t buy that Joe Douglas informed them of any absolutes before the pro day or medicals.

He didn't. He confirmed it after Wilson was measured.

Is this true or speculation?

If true, I find this remarkable.  Not sure why, but the fact that after Wilson's height, weight, hand size, etc. were measured if Joe D basically said to John Lynch, "We're not moving from #2" and that's why the call was made and the trade was announced during the actual Pro Day.... then wow!  Joe D. didn't eve need to see Wilson throw that day.

Sure seems like we can lock Wilson in as the guy, unless the Jets are pulling one of the great smokescreens of all time

I want Fields to be terrible on his pro day, over thrown all his recievers, fall over on his 40, get cought in the toilet with a hooker,  what ever it takes for the Panters to say WE NEED TO TRADE UP FOR WILSON
...if the panthers want a qb they need to trade up period they already know the top three qbs will be gone when they pick.

He's there to really watch the other guys.......Clemson's OT and WR's and Etienne, S.Dakota St has Radunz, and OSU has about 5-6 other guys to watch, including 2 Ol and 2-3 LB.

This is just my own perspective, but Assistant GM Rex Hogan’s presence at the Ohio State pro-day shouldn’t be overlooked, but for reasons that don’t have to do with the workout.

Hogan is the de facto head of both college and pro personnel departments, but he’s also Douglas’s primary trade vetter and Douglas’s most trusted voice as it pertains to establishing FMV on players/assets

And there are a lot of players besides Fields to see at the Ohio State pro-day
