He couldn't hide a smirk here and there. Interesting him and Sam have been talking sounds as if Sam was not as complimentary of Gase privately as he is in public. I think he is great. Really grounded. Says all the right things and doesn't seem coached. Seems to love football and has a desire not to fail. Which is good. Confirmed he has been talking with Young. He's our QB

Also something interesting is the fact they mentioned he watches a lot of bad QB film on purpose for the sake of learning what went wrong.

Being a good kid has nothing to do with how Jets fans treat him. It'll be his play at QB that'll determine if he's as hated as just about every Jet QB after Namath or whether they love him.

Jets fans are desperate for a QB and if he plays well they will be more than willing to give him a Watson massage.

Good interview.  Sounds like he's definitely ready and willing to become a Jet.  The massage chair comment was funny.  At least we know he won't get into any kind of Watson trouble just yet.  The other interesting comment he made was the possibility of him not going to the draft!  He said he just wants to spend it with friends and family and everyone that helped him get here.  Goodell can't be happy if the top 2 picks of this years draft are no shows.
