If Florio said it then you can bet your ass that Rodgers will be extended in Green Bay and Watson will be in cuffs within 48 hours.

Age 37

No 37 year old is a "fix".

At most, they are a rental.

FOR GOD SAKE STOP IT!

they been screwing him for years.. he shoudl be in the almost every yaer.

This is such a lazy ESPN type hot take....they have put a playoff roster around him for all of his career....going all in may have got him another SB but then they would have been a last place team for 5 years.

Our roster sucks. GB was a player or 2 from a SB and traded up for a QB. They created their own nightmare. Rodgers makes no sense here

They'd probably never talk to CHI about it but PHI, WAS, NO and NE should be all over this.  Even MIA.  Rodgers is maybe one of only 3 guys in the league I would trade for at his age because he probably has 5 years of better football left in him than anyone outside of Mahomes.  He is THAT good.

Why the Hell would Rodgers want to come here anyway?

Because it's New York - geez. You think a young guy that's lived in freakin' Green Bay for the last 15 years wouldn't want to live in New York now?! That being said, it makes no sense for us to want him at this point.

This is Aaron being Aaron.  He’s a great player but a diva.  The packers have an excellent roster and let him handpick the coach who lets him call all his own plays

They narrowly lost to TB.  What if they drafted an actual player rather than a backup QB of the future.  They should have been ALL-IN this year.  I don't blame Rodgers for being pissed off about that.

Reports are jordan love is absolutely terrible.  So GB cant trade Rodgers cause they will look like the biggest fools in football the minute love is out there.

If love was any good, rodgers would have been traded already.

The new trend is blame everyone else when you fail to win a SB even if the team has put you in position for your whole career...same goes for Wilson.  In two years people are gonna be clamoring for Jackson to demand a trade because Baltimore isn't supporting him properly.

Unlikable spoiled brat with zero accountability.  No other player in this league is more of a teflon Don than Rodgers.  Gets 100% of the credit for every thing that goes right, zero blame for his one super bowl career.

Another in a long list of guys who sign a BIG FAT contact then get pissed a year or so later.

His team has done their best to support him.  Has a good TE, has a good RB, has one of the better WRs in the game.

Oh it was all McCarthys fault!  Two years later the new coach is no good after making him into an mvp again.

Send him to the Jets of last year, awful coaching no oline at all, no RBs josh malone and hogan as your top wrs a TE that drops everything.

If Rodgers is having a hissy fit with a good organization like the packers I can just imagine the look on his face when he first meets his new owner Woody

I think Jackson thanks God everyday he didn’t get drafted by the Jets 3 years ago

Can someone answer this with a reason other then Jordan Love stinks:

The Packers drafted Aaron Rodgers replacement last year.  Aaron Rodgers' value will never be higher then it is right now.

Why are the Packers not trading Aaron Rodgers?

I'd give Green Bay my #23 pick for Aaron Rodgers, then draft Pitts with #2.

And then he's 40 in 3 years. Most players retire at his current age. We'd be lucky to get 3 years out of him.
