Why?

Not like we need cap savings.

Davis/Mims/Crowder/Moore

The more talent for Wilson, the better.

Agreed but they aren’t keeping him after this year, so if they can get something for him in return, do it. You left off Keelan Cole who is going to make an impact this season.

I love it. And Coles announcing it! Two very tough bastards and it's ironic. Don't know if you were around when Coles and Chrebet were a  tandem... but they were both guys that have your back no matter what.. tough little sumbitches!

My sentiments exactly!

Exactly. Subtraction by subtraction.

I don't understand how why you don't understand this pick and why Crowder is not a long term answer for this team. Crowder is in the last year of his contract and will be 28 next year.  He's gone after this season. The Jets just drafted his replacement.  And you wanted a RB but don't like this pick???? Seriously?

No reason to take playing time away from Moore when Crowder is on the last year of his deal and they signed Cole. I'm looking for the Jets to use Crowder and a later pick to get back into the 3rd

Not that great of a return IMHO.

Nope, not at all. About the value of a 4th in return.

For us to have gotten 3rd's in return, we'd have had to move much further back. I get why we stayed. 3 starters.

We’ll see how it goes, but Crowder is pretty effective and you could have done more with 34 than replace Crowder.

Team needed explosiveness - really lacking that.

Got the two big guys on the outside - and this guy is perfect in the slot.

I wouldn't be shocked if Crowder sticks...

Are the Jets having cap problems? Crowder was not just the best player on the team last season, he was out there trying every single game. I don't get the obsession with cutting him.

The guy had an 800+ yard season last year and he’s still only 28. Of course he’s not going to be cut. But he could be traded.
