**** trading down. The Jets just nabbed 3 guys that are going to start on day one in the first 34 picks.

This is the draft most Jets fans have been wanting for 20 years. Dude is a weapon.  I wasn't sure we'd go WR this high.  JD continues to not be as predictable as some thought.

Fix the oline. Protect the young QB. Sign Richard Sherman as a stop gap. Get to the QB. Enjoy the safety of the Cover 3.

Their first round pick was a head scratcher but they are putting the pieces around Darnold so he has no excuse next season. McCaffrey, Anderson, Moore, Tremble are some good pieces for him.

Michael Carter still out there. I wonder if the Jets might jump for him before the comp picks hit. Supposedly they were high on him a few months ago.

Comp picks can be traded.

The insanity of being a Jets fan. 3-4 years of having the worst WR Corp in football.

Roster:
-Oft injured 3rd round rookie who showed some signs

-sign underachieving FA who still has upside

-sign decent borderline Jag #3-4 WR

-aging slot on final yr of contract

OMG WHY DID THEY DRAFT A FIRST ROUND  PROSPECT IN THE SECOND ROUND. They were all set

Jets also had the worst OL in football. If the OL can't block and give our FQB time to let the WR routes develop before he's running for his life then the WR's won't be a factor.

Build the OL foundation first and then our FQB will have a chance to throw to the WR's, which may have to be added in next years draft/FA.

Not sure he’s the best fit.  Gainwell might be interesting.

Hainsey, Ben Mason still out there for later round picks on O.

Quinn Meinerz in round 4?

They could easily move up right now. (4th and 5th) should move them in this range.

Meinerz, Perkins, Smith, and Carter they have all met with. I think it also kind of ends a tier as well in terms of most peoples rankings.

Wait what? Since when? Did I not get the memo?

For a few years now. I guess Goodell didn’t get your change of address

So if we are to take JD at his word about Crowder, we won't be getting back a 3rd rounder tonight, unfortunately.

They'd be lucky to get a 7th round pick for Crowder this year.

I like me some Melifonwu.  Should really up our CB unit and it's not like we can't use another good one.  He's big too and can tackle.

It would have been with another late round pick.

You're big on this RB stuff and I've done zero research this year. Anyone worth looking at for tomorrow?

Another guy you didn't even list is Spencer Brown.  Seems like a very solid RT prospect.  Might need a year, but that's perfect for us.  He's a big dude with a lot of upside.
