Heaven forbid our WR is so good we don't have to roster a bunch of Berrios-types. That would really suck, to have a WR room full of players who can play.

I clap as long as it's offense. 20 years of this team drafting D and they're not even good at it. At least make the game watchable after last year

This was a rivalry game and DK METCALF DID THE SAME THING THE YEAR BEFORE

Not sure how that excuses it. It wasn't so much the dumb celebration as it was the situation. He cost his team the game.

If he did that at the end of the playoff game our fans would want to throw him into the sea.

And hopefully he learned his lesson. You have think Salah and Douglas interrogated this?

Both are extremely, extremely fast (both elite) and . . .no it isn't. That's 6 hundreths of a second not 6 tenths of a second.

Just so you understand how silly you sound - This guy has the fastest 40 time of any WR since 2018.

It's a pro-day 40 time.

4.45 at best in reality.

Oh, definitely inflated. No question.

But scouting WRs is my college kink because I played WR in HS and I am telling you that this guy is really f*cking fast on the field.

He is going to fit with the offense nicely and do a lot of things.  I would have like a trade back because some of the rumored offers looked very good but I'm not upset.  The pick could have been a lot worse imo.

Ruggs ran a 4.27 just last year.

Good pick. Probably means the end of Crowder's time in New York.

on the other hand they could keep both guys since this is crowders last year.  let him walk and this guy can move right in.

Fast and agile. He and Mims are going to put up some great mismatches with Corey Davis being the reliable vet. We might not have a traditional 1 developed yet, but the game is way more about exploiting mismatches nowadays and teams don’t really have deep secondaries anymore.

Is Moore going to be the first Jets’ skill player who can easily wear a single digit number with the new rules?

He was 19/20 years old.  I think its fair to give him the  benefit of the doubt that he did something dumb as a kid, im sure nobody on this board did anything really dumb when they were 20.

He ran a 4.32 at his pro day in March.

Last year averaged 150 yards per game, almost 11 catches per game and a td per game,

God forbid we actually have a gamebreaker on offense for a change.

Rondale Moore if you were going to stay ...

. But stayed to take a Slot WR at #34. I can't dig it

so you are upset that we took a slot WR at #34 and didn't trade back

but if we had to stay, you would have taken...a slot WR... 🙄

That was an unofficial  time obviously  and even at 4.32 he isn't  the fastest WR even in this draft let alone since 2018

That is the difference between getting tackled and a TD.

Well then let’s call plays where hill isn’t covering Moore

It doesn’t excuse it.  I was just pointing out he didn’t get the idea on his own.  I think people are making more of an issue of it than it was

Ok - wrong thing to focus on.

What is important -  the guy is really f*cking fast. He has elite NFL speed.

These same people would’ve taken Creed Humphrey at #23 and jerked themselves off afterwards.

MaNgOld 2.o

That's a poor example I think people who don't like WR at 34 probably wanted defense because pass rusher is a top need. lol

So with this pick there is no reason for Wilson to fail?🤔  JD has surrounded him with weapons.   Still need a RB?   He signed Tevin Coleman.  I guarantee not to sit on the bench.   So EDGE has and always will be a problem with the Jets if they don't find one. 🤔

So with no 3rd round pick the JD plan seems to be 2022.   3-14 season on the way.   Season Ticket holders good luck.
