Ok interview... they want to be a player development factory, having a plan for each player...

it makes sense, this is basically how the ravens run...esp on defense.

These interviews are always so soft LOL. They should be asking him the hard hitting questions like if they’re still gonna be in the market for corners or questions like that!

Heard him on Sirius NFL Radio last night.  Doesn't say all that much but projects competence.

his draft does the talking for him, as well as trading darnold and adams.

Yea, I love that. It’s born out of management. Every direct report should have a tailored development plan.

Love it.

I am very excited about our special teams upgrades. The guys that don't win starting roles are going to tear it up for special teams. That Marshall kid penetrates like a soldier on leave. He will be a handful to block on punts.

Yup, that's what all GMs and coaches love to hang their hats on.... finding that one unknown UDFA and turning him into a great starter.  It's why Rich Kotite will always be fondly remembered for discovering that Chevette guy out of Hofstra who played WR for us! 😛

Yes who could forget ab the chevette, what a piece a crap...Lol

I read an article how Edelman and Amendola basically took Chrebet out to dinner and thanked him for showing them how they could play WR.  Welker too.

I think it is possible that the Jets actually invented the slot receiver, or at least perfected it.
