Yea, I love that. It’s born out of management. Every direct report should have a tailored development plan.

I read an article how Edelman and Amendola basically took Chrebet out to dinner and thanked him for showing them how they could play WR.  Welker too.  

I think it is possible that the Jets actually invented the slot receiver, or at least perfected it.
