In other years I think this Islanders team would sail through to a cup. As a Rangers fan it is pretty tough to compliment the Islanders at any time but I have to tip my cap to the organization that Lou Lamoriello has assembled over there. undertow Posted June 26, 2021 Share Posted June 26, 2021 Islanders have proven once again that coaching and a system are more important in hockey then a superstar player....Trotz and Lou have turned out to be far more important then Tavares so I expect them to be cup contenders as long as those two are there.
