He has gone against the grain many times and been mocked for it but then ultimately been proven right. THat has earned him a lot of respect from people. For example, he was one of the few people saying Josh Allen would be a superstar when he looked terrible in his first year. I think he also called Mahomes being great before he ever started a game. Doesn't mean he's right every time though. 1

I have a higher “hit” rate on which QBs will be good and which will bust than Simms and Kiper. Is this because I’m better than them? Absolutely not. It’s because I have the luxury of only sharing my opinions on the 2-3 QBs I have strong opinions about each year. Simms has to express an opinion on every QB and Kiper on basically every draft-likely player, whether they are very confident in their position or only 50/50. It’s like if one guy bets $533 every week on each of the 3 games he feels most confident about. Another guy has to bets $100 on every game every week, whether he feels good about it or not. All things being equal, you have to think the first guy would be ahead of the second guy by the end of the season.

Jackie Treehorn
Darnold just can’t catch a brake. Most contested position on the Panthers come training camp is… …drumb roll…LT! At least according to Bleacher report and some guy named Maurice Moton.

Otherwise he’s a clueless blowhard. Is that how we’re supposed to do it? Yes
