I think they’ll cave in but not to Jamal’s liking in an attempt to save face and not look like the total fools they were in trading for him in the first place. What’s Jamal gonna do? Sit out? That would be equally stupid on his part. They’re both screwed 🤣 Gotta love it!

Seattle doesn't have much cap space ranked 27th in the NFL.

Just to add some spice to the mix, Quandre Diggs and Duane Brown want new deals also.

To fit all three under their skimpy cap, they are going to have to pay huge signing bonuses, and guarantee a lot of back-end money.

Diggs has 8 picks for them over the last two seasons. Jamal has 2.. IN HIS ENTIRE FOUR YEAR CAREER.

And they might have to let Diggs walk in order to keep Jamal.

They'll probably find a way to keep them all, because salary cap manipulation has become a joke by now (e.g. look at how the Saints extended Lattimore), but it will hamstring them a bit for the next two years.
