Both sides gave on an issue. Wilson and his agent are as much to blame as anyone for this 2 day delay. JD is just doing his job. Agents need to make themselves appear valuable to NFL rookies. You all had to keep crying like babies though. Jets weren’t going to budge on that offset language, they don’t put it in any 1st round pick contract and they weren’t about to now. JD was able to stand firm and show he is an extremely tuff negotiator & Wilson gets the signing bonus he wanted. Win-Win.
