The Raiders should have lost to the Jets too.

Another year, another Raiderholic prediction based on another new D, another new O, their great defense, hehehe

Raiders offense will be lights year better than 2020 version they were what 8th .  Qb every year D Carr numbers get better every year under J Gruden.( look it up) RB Position upgraded big time with K Drake sharing the load with J Jacobs  . Gives the Raiders probably the second best 1-2 RBI’s duo in the league  behind Cleveland . Alec Ingold one of the best full backs in the league.    TE with the 100% health of Foster Moreau gives the Raiders one of the best Te Duo .(  d Waller). Both are complete Te’s .   Wr is ridiculous what they have B Edwards. 6’3 220  is a number 1 wr in this league, he just has to stay healthy as he easily a 1000 yard receiver in this league .  Kids that talented.   H Ruggs is another wr going to have big season in 2021 , as he added like 13 pounds of muscle. ( both been real impressive all training camp.      Throw in Smoke ( John Brown ) way faster, better hands, and receiver than N Agholor .   Than have third down and Renfrow.   Willie Snead , and Zay Jones - not bad sixth wr at all.

Where the Raiders got killed by everyone Is what they did on the offense line.  A lot of pundits will be eating their words as their offense line    going to be great.   It’s so talented that John Simpson ( just so impressive - clearly ready to start now will be the first backup guard.  Eventually him and Alex Leatherwood ( Raiders will get the last laugh there) will form a lethal right side to run behind.  Just with two new startersRt Alex Leatherwood, and C Andre James  they don’t want to start three new offense lineman .( might force him by his play to do just that.     They have an offense line that big and can really move .( great fit for zone blocking scheme). Tom Cable been one of the best offense line coach for sometime.
look out Chiefs the division is ours.

Last month the Saints said they were pissed Michael Thomas ducked their calls for months during the offseason then decided to have ankle surgery that should have taken place way sooner.  Now hes going to miss time again this season after scoring zero TDs last year.  Michael Thomas posted this on his twitter today.

  • Pro Football Focus' Ari Meirov reports that Eagles OT Andre Dillard is "receiving trade interest" from teams around the league.

Dillard is week to week with a knee injury right now, and Jordan Mailata was a heavy favorite to win the Eagles LT job even before Dillard got hurt. A first-round pick in 2019, the Washington State product is only 25 years old and could immediately fill in for a number of teams around the league. If he stays with the Eagles, he'll provide valuable depth on the offensive line.

I still remember your post about Marcell Reese, the most explosive fullback in the league!

Quite an amazing pipeline of fullbacks the Raiders have.

SI - "NFL's Best Fullback: Alec Ingold"

I know there's another thread right now about Alec but this is a different article, and thought that he deserved extended props for what he does.

There aren't that many fullbacks in the league, and the very few around do not get the recognition they deserve.

Luckily for the Silver and Black fans, the best fullback in the National Football League is on your team.

Las Vegas Raiders fullback Alec Ingold is embracing his role in a Raiders offense filled with explosive players that receive much attention. Still, along with those players, Ingold is finding a way to make everyone around him better.

He might not receive as much attention from the media, but he sure does get attention from defenses. There are not many secrets to having a fullback on the field; defenses know it's either a run or a play-action pass.

"You're not going to write a whole lot of stories about what a fullback does on a day to day basis, but I have to master the fundamentals of my role and my role on this team is making a four-yard run into six yards, a three yard catch into a five-yard catch, giving Derek Carr, a half a second longer," said Ingold.

Seriously.  How insecure does one need to be to root for a random other AFC team, while simultaneously needing to seek constant validation from a fanbase like the Jets?

I mean now he’s posting drivel about the team’s Fullback FFS.  Woah look at the Bronco Nagurski they’ve got, guys.  Watch out for that in 2021.  Riveting stuff!

Mac Jones looks really good even if it was a second/third string Eagles team. Certainly looks well ahead of Lance which is funny given how desperate 49ers fans were to avoid him.

Think he was always the most pro-ready but he's shown great accuracy in his games and has apparently impressed in camp. Would expect him to take over for Newton by mid-season.

I was really wishing that JD would have drafted this kid.  The Jets did meet and interview him during the Pre draft process.   Kansas City actually drafted Gray with the pick they acquired from trading up with the Jets.  I believe this was the pick where JD traded down but didn’t get an additional pick, just a slightly higher pick in the 6th round.

Only problem is Cam was 8-9 with 1 TD and no turnovers.....

Its Cams job unless he melts away

You have to remember the median IQ level of a Raiders fan.  He probably posts on here to get some "learn'n"
