That being said, Shep is a bad tackler and bad at maintaining his gap; he is very good at penetrating. Contract year and a scheme to his strength might put him at big numbers and net us some comp picks. Dude finished top 5 in pressures & #1 in qb hits last year for a reason and his tape is filled with him abusing all-pro tackles. Shouldn't be surprising he's getting the better of Becton this early, Becton still has plenty of time to grow and this is good for him.
