Rangers9
He was with us for about a week at the end of training camp in 2015. But he seems to be popular with coaching staffs and teammates and a guy who can play when asked to. He's been around including being the first Qb draft pick of the Alliance of American Football in 2018 and he played (well) in the new XFL in 2019. It's a good signing for the Jets and he's a guy who could be our no. 2.

Joe W. Namath
Great signing. Knows the playbook. Can help Zach with the ins and outs of navigating an nfl season as a qb. As usual, Joe Douglas makes another nice move.

My gripe is that he will take snaps away from Morgan. The guy seems like he's starting to show something, and needs all the reps he can get. It's not a gripe against Johnson, and I admit I could have phrased it better.
JohnnyLV
I think this was a move more for Morgan and White than Zach

This isn't going to take any significant reps away from Morgan or White. This was a move to make sure we had enough arms, and one who had system experience.
