Because amongst all Rookie O-Linemen last year (against starters) Mekhi Becton ranked and rated 3rd amongst all LTs/LG/Cs/RGs/RTs. 

Where do think his nicknames during his Rookie season vs NFL starters such as Mt. Becton, Highway 77 and/or The Big Ticket came from?

I'd be delighted if he just is a guy who always shows up on gameday - It's pretty strange but if he can do that then that's all that matters.

That said I definitely think you guys should wait for him to play an NFL starter before declaring this case closed.
