Obviously hes not sharp with finances. But whoever signed up for them and believed they would be an "investment" needs they head examined. But you can with at&t. Comes down to the legal agreement and what’s stipulated in it. no worries bro, going to buy a big TV with the savings. Prob pay for with installment payments.
