i think this last ban someone said he threated them on PM. 

i do remember getting on a thread late where a MOD was warning him he would be banned and he said he already deleted the offending post and apologized. 

i dont think most of us look at every thread and i for one will skip to the last page instead of reading 5-6 pages worth when i want to post. so it is possible some or even most of us miss alot of the personal attacks.

im not saying i dont believe you, cause i do. i can see from the way he posts that he probably does get that way. just saying i think people, like me miss the attacks.

Oh man cant make this sh*t up.  Here's the thing. We all know something is OFF with this kid. He's constantly getting banned, or is he? Banned suggests he is never allowed to return. So actually, he's often suspended.  And when he returns, he does so in a vengful, self pitying manner.  He often apologizes to set everyone up and unleashes these hateful attacks. I've fallen for it a few times and reacted myself.  But I definately see the pattern here and step back.  He's pretty much clockwork and predictable. The issue I have here is he sucks people in and they fall for it.  This just puts those posters in a postion to defend themselves but the ire here is so disdainful, it actually puts them in harms way themselves. This is NOT acceptable.  The mods are really the only ones who have the authority here to suspend or ban anyone. Yep.  He's a lunatic.  I don't think he'd ever actually follow through with any of his threats but it is certainly not acceptable behavior at all on a message board and is disrespectful to Max and the mods. 

The mods keep allowing him back after short bans because they take pity on him, but he really needs to be given a lifetime ban eventually.  Like I keep saying he never learns from his bannings so this stuff will keep happening.  This long leash he keeps getting just isn't worthwhile.  He brings very little upside and a whole lot of downside to JN.

but a lifetime ban wont stop him right? the bans are not linked to the IP addresses so he could just make another name right? im sure we would figure it out sooner or later. but without 100% proof the new account has to get banned on its own actions.

I tried to trick him in an email just so I can say its NOt tom shane. I invited him somewhere local for free drinks at “my bar” but used fake streets. Sure enough he picked up on it and said enough for me to know that he indeed lives locally. But then he added that he does not drink ( unlike half you drunks here) and invited me to watch games at his house with his brother and family any sunday of my choosing. He welcomed a bro in green

He's PM'd threats to other posters.  It wasn't a one time thing.  Last I checked that's illegal, not just a violation of board rules.  If we weren't so confident he's never going to follow through on those threats that would be a very serious deal.

We shouldn't have to adjust to DWC.  DWC needs to adjust the rules.  He never does and its why he'll continue to get banned over and over again.

Good idea in theory.  In practice, you only get a small % of people who actually put him on ignore.  And thus threads he posts in become all about him. 

Again, we shouldn't be the ones to have to adjust to a psychotic nuisance.  He needs to learn to follow the rules of the board, stop derailing threads and stop with the personal attacks. 

But again, he never does.  He claims to turn over a new leaf after each banning and then quickly goes back to his old ways.
