That’s ironic considering i’ve been here (much) longer than you. You also don’t seem to understand what gaslighting means.

What I said was the truth. You just can’t handle it.

Pretty good. Put to rest a lot of fears I had about him. He was tough, accountable, and showed he could take a beating and not lose his sh*t for the rest of the game. I thought he’d be a twinkle-toes-

Nice watch.  ZW’s release is a thing of beauty.  He makes those shortstop throws, avoiding the double play break up slide and slingin’ it on a rope to first.   Such a natural thrower of the foo

The fact that he came back on the very next play and threw the TD into a very tight window to Dvis was probably his most impressive sequence in that game, imo.

If they give Wilson enough time it will be interesting to see how he does. Rookie Qbs don't fare well against the NEP defensive scheme it's complicated and most of them make multiple errors. Wilson has never seen anything like this. But on the other hand does NEP have the personnel to run it. A great scheme can often overcome weaknesses in personnel if you have players who buy into it. My overall feeling is Wilson is going to do OK. For a rookie.

Then with 3 minutes to go and down two scores, he throws three 2 yard (or less) passes in a row. Finally he figured out that he needs to actually move the ball down the field and threw a couple longer ones, but that was pure garbage time.

For goodness sake, 90 of the kids 190 total yards came in the last 3 minutes and 30 seconds of the game, when it was already out of reach.

He threw for 258 and that wasn't garbage time.

Also, what about the Moore bomb?  If anything he was too aggressive in the first half considering the O line play.

Teams are 0-104 in onside kicks since the NFL changed the onside kick rules.

The onside kick is dead.

It was a garbage time drive. One we saw Darnold do over and over and over again.

Certainly not a garbage time drive. Had they converted the 2pt conversion the game would have been within 3. Either way the Jets could have gotten the ball back if they forced a three an out.

You’re wrong.

The reason Saleh did the onside kick is because the 3 and out plan was hopeless.

Lets pretend that they forced that 3 and Out. The offense would have gotten the ball back with at most, 17 seconds. And no timeouts.

I missed the first half, never watched the replay, but I was very pleased with the second half. He continues to be “as advertised”  with a live arm, good wheels. He showed good leadership and poise.

At this point he’s the only reason to watch lol

They had 2 time outs left after the TD. If the Jets forced a 3 & out, they would have had about a minute left with no timeouts.
