I blame the NY Jets and whatever clown was the GM at the time.

I must say, there's a huge amount of speculation about Mims, a second year player who gained less than 400 yards his rookie season.

So did Michael Pittman but everyone and their mother knew in Indy he was going to be a starter this year. Not hard to see Mims has talent despite injuries limiting his rookie year.
