Just bought my ticket for London game on Sunday!

Was hoping to have the whole family go but 4 tickets plus hotel and meals probably would've run around $1500-2000.  I wouldn't pay that right now if the Jets agreed to let me sit next to Zach and call the plays in the second half.

Either way...f%*$ing pumped.

How about airfare?  Or do you live over there?

I live a couple hours outside of London.  Retired out here about 4 years ago.

Watch out for the food.

SAR I

The food is fantastic.  Heading down to London on Saturday to hit some of my favorite restaurants.  Probably go with a full English for breakfast,  Korean for lunch and Indian for dinner..

Jealous...I can't make it this time, as the game is on my son's 10th birthday and he just isn't into football so no amount of bribing him was going to work.

So I'll be supervising a trampolining party and trying to watch the game on Gamepass while the wife isn't looking.

Anyway...enjoy! I had a great time the last time the Jets played in London, destroying Miami in Bowles' rookie year as HC.

I will get to see the "generational" Trevor Lawrence hopefully light up the Phish next week, as we are down in London for a family trip and I'm taking my other son (for some reason, he's a Jags fan) to that game.

Do sports bars show the US games?

There are one or two spots in London I'm aware of that show NFL games.  Might be more now than last time I looked in to it but I watch online at home so haven't checked of late.

One I know definitely does is the Hippodrome Casino in Leicester Square.

Craziest thing about England that blew me away when I moved here is that they don't get every soccer game.  I figured it would be like us with the NFL and you could watch every game but not the case.  No Sunday ticket type of thing.  You get the games that are on TV and a wrap up show during the week.

The W on Sunday convinced you to make the move for tix?. Hope they play well again, I think the defensive line will maul Ryan on Sunday. Hope the offense will continue to improve.

I'd actually decided before the game to go on Sunday but to be honest, there was a chance I'd back out if they got shut out again.

It's to push people into stadiums, which I think is fair enough.

Plus, their tv deals are structured in a pretty fair way, considering that the last place club will still get around 130 million dollars per season.
