I said we’d win last Sunday and we are winning this next Sunday as well.  Falcons D is trash just like the Titans

the next game after at foxboro is what the season really hinges on.

Jets 27

Falcons 21

I am not guaranteeing a win but we have a great shot.  Going into the bye at 2-3 would be tremendous.  Lets go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can you imagine what it will be like here over the bye if we win in London?  It is going to be glorious around here for 2 weeks if we are 2-3 and preparing to get revenge on NE and get to .500.

What a great time to be a Jets fan.  Enjoy fellas!

Nothing hinges on the Pats game is my opinion.

I think if the Jets can go 2-2 over the next four games (3-5 going into November) and the offense continues to evolve we're looking alive for the second half of the season with meaningful games still left to play.

3-5 obviously isn't an ideal situation but just having some sort of life going into November would make for a much more interesting season than in recent years. That's (unlikely) striking distance for the last wildcard if the team is putting it together and has a strong finish.

Their are no easy games for the Jets but ATL has to be our best chance for a win over the next 4. Back to back wins going into the bye would feel great.

Ryan is a statue and if they don't max protect he's gonna get killed. If they do happen to max protect we should adjust more guys in the secondary and go for the pic's should be interesting. I say turn Zach lose from the get go.

i agree. the pats game will be interesting to see how Wilson handles it. NE probably was the worst game of his life, interesting to see if Bill can own him again or if he learned anything.

Atlanta is definitely a winnable game.

It hinges on the pats game because the Jets have some winnable cupcakes afterwards

Home vs Bengals

@colts (if wentz is hurt it’s a layup game because Eason is horrible)

Home Dolphins

@Texans

Home Eagles (Hurts blows)

The pats are not a good team.  If the Jets have any shot at a wildcard they need to take care of business

I’m still not sure how the giants ninja’d their way into losing to the falcons.  Joe Judge is putrid

Pats aren't good anymore but they still play good defense and BB is great against rookie QB's. It's not easy to win @Foxboro. Bengals will be the best team we've played to that point. They have an upper echelon passing attack and a solid defense. I think we're probably outmatched in that one but maybe our young defense is better than we think? It being a home game helps. @Colts is a Thursday night road game - first prime time game for this young team and it's on the road. Colts don't seem very good but honestly, neither are we and it's a difficult situation.

They outplayed the Bucs this week. They are still one of the best coached teams in football.

How’s Falcons front 4? Is there a possibility that Grady Jarrett destroys our O line this week?

Falcons only got one sack on Heinicke last weekend.

It’s always 50/50 if Wentz is going to be injured.  If he’s OUT it’s an automatic W because the colts don’t have a viable backup

And I’m getting sick of everyone giving the mediocre post-Brady pats a participation trophy.  They suck.

those guys are on vacation this week. they will be back next time we lose.

hopefully when they do come back there a little more patient and give it the year and dont want Woody to have JD escorted from the building right now.

and as for Darnold he finally played a big boy team and lost bad, he was down 2 TD in the 4th. got those 2 TD in garbage time.

they also seen QB play that Sam has never done, go deep. Sam has 1 more throwing TD that Wilson and one is in this 4th game while the other in his 4th year.

I was thinking how nice it would be to have a win before the 1pm games start - watching the late games are always nicer after a dub.

But you're right - i'll sign up for 2-3 heading into the BYE.

After watching Al and Chris ballwash Mac Jones for 3 hours Sunday night the narrative is that he is the next Tom Brady. You are not following the narrative. Beware the consequences.

LOL this forum is funny. The chat went from "The Rebuild Isn't Working" to "We Have Ourselves A QB" within a week. Can we not live on extreme ends of the spectrum from week to week and just watch a young team and organization develop?

Hey a win is a win but there is also a lot of room for improvement. Lets pump the breaks and not "hinge" the season on any one game or "guarantee" wins and just watch the progress of the team. A competitive 5-win season this year is a success in my eyes for this roster.

The forum's narrative hasnt changed in a week.  Its just the clowns are in hiding after the utter nonsense they spewed about the best, young GM in the league Joe Douglas.  And the foolish stuff about Saleh and Lafleur being in over their heads.  It was laughable and now they are nowhere to be found.

Best young GM?  We won one game with both the other team’s starting WRs OUT let’s relax skippy.  I root for the laundry and get the excitement but let’s take care of business against the falcons

Winning 1 game has no bearing on Joe Douglas being the best, young GM in the league.  Lets drop that narrative that alot of us are just saying this because of the win Sunday.
