Totally worth a $70M contract in the modern NFL.... 2

Popular Post T0mShane
Public support for Jamal has collapsed, too. They were blaming Ken Norton and Carroll for Jamal’s issues, but the ball bouncing off of his face last night was the last straw—Norton couldn’t have put Jamal in better position to make the INT there if he had a time machine. The next step is for the analysts in the booth to stop carrying water for Adams and Schneider and Carroll and to start calling out Jamal for how terrible he’s been. 12

y2k8
I watched the game last night and he absolutely blitzed a handful of times. He just never got home. He actually made a nice play blitzing on a run play where he adjusted well and tackled the ball carrier for a loss. But he also dropped one easy INT on a deflected pass and missed a second INT thrown directly at him by trying to catch it with his face. 1

Norton called a great game last night, and his system has turned two unknown CB prospects into pretty good players. The problem with that defense is clearly and obviously Jamal Adams. If he’s not getting to the QB, he’s a massive liability. Gregg Williams foreshadowed this when he said that Seattle “won’t know how to use him.” Williams had Jamal “covering” the least likely receiving option on any given play, which allowed him to freelance. Carroll makes the mistake of believing Jamal’s hype and asks him to cover viable receiving options and to show some discipline in the run game: things Jamal can’t and won’t do.

And why exactly are you trying to defend Adams here if you were "right all along" about him? Playing both sides of the argument again, eh? Popular Post GreenFish
I decided to go and check out what Hawks fans are saying. They’re making fun of Jamal just as much as Jets fans are making of Jamal. “Stone hands Adams Lost This Game” ”This guy really can’t catch a ball even when it’s thrown to him” ”Yeah he pretty much sucks at most things a safety is suppose to do” They hate this guy. In 1.25 yrs of Adams, they already sound like Jets fans when talking about 200lb LB. 2 1
