No need to change systems. Continuity is important for Zach Wilson.

LaFluer hasn’t been perfect, but I don’t think anyone can dispute he’s a bright young offensive mind. Let him grow into the role-he comes from the right stock.

?

Evidence that proves this to be true? I’ll wait………

He ******* sucks what are we even talking about? He’s shown nothing that warrants giving him another year with Zach. Put him in a garbage can and ship him as far away from MetLife as you can

I believe that to be a mistake. Let him learn this year and reap the benefits next year. His brother is a brilliant offensive coordinator.

This...two weeks to prepare and change....we get run, run, sack....at least he's consistent

Actually I think him being a bright offensive mind is very much disputable. He has no playing experience, was Shanahans ball boy for a bunch of years, and was hired because the head coach is his brothers best friend.

I thought working for a HC with a career losing record and one winning season in SF, qualified him as a “brilliant offensive mind”

Silly me ???

LaFleur is clearly overmatched and, unless he can oversee a miracle turnaround, will deserve to be fired after the season.

But will Saleh be ruthless enough to fire his best buddy's little brother?

Huge test for him - HC's have to make rational decisions, without being emotional.

Yeah and my brother is a nuclear engineer should I go work at NASA? He absolutely sucks there is nothing he does well. He was jumping for joy because Elijah Moore was falling down the board, he gets him and what does he do? Plays him out of position every game. Constantly runs the ball at McGovern and GVR and can’t even successfully move the ball calling scripted plays. He’s done get him outta here

Let's not forget that SF had a 10 point lead going into the 4th quarter in SB LIV.  Sure, Shanahan's offense went to sleep.  But Saleh's vaunted D could not put the game away.

Yep I’m not here for the “let him grow” conversation. This is the NFL if you can’t do your job there are many people who will step up and do it better. He had 2 weeks to prep for this game and it was the same crap over and over again. Cut bait and move on

Magic Mike!!!!!  Great nickname.  He is one of the bright, young offensive minds in the league and we are lucky to have him.  When Zach starts improving, we will see how great this young offensive mind is in Lafluer.

Sit tight Jet fans!!!  We are closer then you think.

What medication are you taking???  Get well soon

And they were celebrating in the end zone before the game was over.

If you have the stomach to rewatch the games the play calling has been decent. Not good and not bad. Zach has been very very bad making reads while inside the pocket. He has guys open on nearly every play, but just doesn’t throw it. He waits for certain guys to GET open instead of throwing to guys who ARE open.
