Then move on. 2) It’s ok to be be mad, sad, frustrated etc when they lose or do something bad. Then move on. I was at a Formula One race in Austin, TX yesterday. Checked my phone one time early in the game, saw it was 14-0 and a sudden, strange sense of calm came over me. I knew it was over, that I wouldn't check the score again, and I could just go about having a great day with my friends at the track.
