Todd Bowles never coached in the Nfl yet got a 4 year 16 mil contract to be 24-40, got fired after 3

Adam Gase got 4 years 20 mil for a  9-23 record and got fired after 2 years . Very little coaching experience

So what do the Jets do give another coach with no Nfl coaching experience a 5 year contract and so far he is 2-8, how many people wanna bet Saleh won't make it to year 5? 

Can this team just throw a bunch of money at a proven winner for a change?

No I'm saying a young team llike this needs a experienced coach who has a proven track record, right now Selah is looking like a turd, so if he turns out to be a turd, this will set back this organization another 5 years because players won't be developed properly.  Adam Gase failed to develop Darnold and now he is a turd, and now Selah is regressing Wilson, its impossible that every quarter back we draft high in the draft stinks, these coaches just suck at developing players and their jobs.

Why do the mods or this site allow new users to start new threads? Simple solution is you have to have 50 or 100 posts before you can start a thread. This place has turned into a sewer with all of the previous banned trolls starting threads, why not go with the simple solution.

So isn't it just plain out stupid to pair a rookie inexperienced coach with a bunch of Rookie players and expect him to develop them?  That is my original point.  Jets organization keeps making the same stupid mistake over and over again.  It hasn't worked the last 2 times why try it again for another 5  years?

What winning coach would ever want to come here? Gruden might, but he lost his locker room in astounding fashion before resigning. Even if he has a winning history, nobody wants him to be their coach anymore. Any other winning coach that doesn't already have a team probably sucks now, or would never want to go to a failing Jets team.

So you would be interested in a guy like Rich Kotite who was 36-28 as a coach before he came to the Jets?
