This thread has taught me that the question should have been asked as “who was the least jetsy”.

Namath, Maynard, anyone else from that team. McNeil, Wesley Walker, Shuler, Klecko, Victor Green, Glenn

can’t say Toon bc it was extremely Jetsy concussions killed his chances from becoming all time great.

Mike Nugent.

Celebrated ohio state kicker, drafted right after the Doug Brien debacle in the playoffs vs the Steelers in 2004.

A 2nd rd pick by the Jets! 2nd rd pick - for a kicker!

Nugent claims in training camp before his first ever game that he has "ice in his veins".

Precedes to fall on his butt like Charlie Brown in his first ever NFL field goal attempt. A miss, of course.

Mike Nugent had a 15 year NFL career and will likely be signed by someone in the next few weeks.

Wasn’t good for us but he was an NFL kicker. We’ve had a lot worse over the last 12 years.

Toon played what, 8 years?  6 were extremely productive, 3 pro bowl seasons, 1 all pro, he belongs on the list

Darelle Revis is probably #1. The best player in Jets History holds out, gets hurt when he comes back and then went on to win a super bowl w the Patriots

doesn’t get more Jetsy than that imo
Gave us WAY too many awesome games and he knew his talent was being wasted here .. doesnt even factor into your equation.
