I convinced myself I’d watch to see Zach.  I am so amazingly frustrated watching unwatchable football.  I am literally a laughingstock in my own house for how many times I’ve sweated I’d never watch only to watch and then almost immediately be so disappointed in what I’m watching that it’s literally joyless.  I would never stand for this in any other part of my life.  Eventually I’ll get so beaten down that I’ll finally quit. It’s 11 years of unwatchable.  I feel bad for myself

It will make it sweeter if and when we turn things around.  It is brutal to watch though.  I do keep coming back for more though.

Douglas is so annoying. The last draft class is a prime example, walking away with two future Jets Ring of Honor members in AVT and Moore. So annoying.

You would think we got creamed yesterday. BTW, this is the same team that the Patriots barely beat - and it took Houston blocking their own punt (could you imagine if the Jets did that) for the Pats to do it.

I think everyone is just frustrated with Zach. He was ridiculously  bad with the short passes. Not only did he sail hos second one over the receivers  head, on a few of them, he threw the ball with such force, you would think he was trying to throw the ball through a brick wall that the receiver  was standing behind. Maybe it's just nerves but when is this guy going to realize  this is just football.

The NFL this year is unwatchable.  The model of putrid mediocrity, selling out to gamblers and refs making "Judgement" calls along with a dilouted product is catching up to it.  The Jets are just the bottom of the pile at the base of the out house.   This is what you get when you sell fantasy football and gambling.  Real football doesn't matter.  

The only thing worse than these self absorbed players on lossing teams celebrating and taunting when their getting their ass handed to them is some ass hat ref calling a 15 yard penalty that changes the outcome.  

I was really excited to see Zach open up our O and make this team at least watchable.   The league has made that virtually impossible.  I can't even watch Rodgers making fantastic throws all game anymore.  The refs are going to step in and throw a flag if the defense breaths on the QB or the WR.

The fact that Zach probably sucks really doesn't matter.  The era of great NFL football is dead.

I have not been able to watch in ten years.  I did see Zach's TD run and, almost impossible to believe, a two-point conversion.  This was very good.  also saw some really good defensive plays.  Let's just enjoy the win.  This is only the 5th in two seasons.

The NFL product this year is the worst it's ever been, unwatchable as you say.

Outside of Rodgers, mediocre QB play is the norm. Carr and Cousins are jags, yet League leading in one or two statistical categories. Lamar was terrible again last night, yet the Ravens are number 1 seed in the AFC. 

There isn't a great team out there this year..just a bunch of mediocrity jostling to make the playoffs. 

The officiating is diabolical. At best it is inept, but I'm now beginning to suspect it is fixed as well. I watched ten minutes of Dallas and the Raiders before switching off. 

If parity is what the League wants, well it's got it, but it is a watery diluted product compared to what it was.

This version of the Jets is frustrating team to watch. You see the talent of  AVT Elijah Moore Quincy and Quinnen Williams Bryce Hall. The improvement of Ashtyn Davis , George Fant and the o line in general and get hopes up that in the  not too distant future team will be able to contend for playoff and beyond. Then after watching Zach yesterday we have the doubts of him ever putting his physical talent and mental aspect of game all together. I for one am excited about the direction this team is on and think Zach will be a better than average QB so I don’t think the team is unwatchable frustrating yes unwatchable no. NOW LAST YEARS  GASE LEAD SQUAD THAT TEAM WAS UNWATCHABLE

I really think it's time fot the NFL to lose their anti-trust exemption.   The socialist model for a game built on competition is a dissaster.

Agree with everything stated but for me football as it is played today is not unwatchable as it hasn’t reached NBA level of a poor product as yet . All  the NBA does now is come down and just chuck the ball up as fast as you can.To me  NFL hasn’t reached that level as yet, close but not yet. If they ever legislate  more replays and more stoppages of play more nuanced rules more commercials that create a game that has absolutely no flow to it then sadly I will buy some golf clubs

Biggs I disagree. Don’t think that’s the answer. Just look at all the failed start up leagues we’ve seen over the past years. Talent pool is just too shallow to support more teams

I don't agree with this take one bit. ..  the qb, albeit a rookie, fn blows.... just because fans aren't rah-rah being around him with pom poms after every crap performance doesn't mean we are wishing for him to fail. It just means that we are frustrated that he sucks and will probably be searching for a new QB in a year or two.

I think if they got rid of the exemption there would be less teams.
