Over under of kicks missed this week set at 2.5.

Pick the over, this new kicker probably sucks too

On the other hand, if the new kicker misses 2, he probably won't kick again and the Jets will always go for it

On the other hand, will the Jets even get into field goal range or score enough TDs to kick 2+ times?

Darn, this is why gambling is so hard

This does not bode well.

Indianapolis Colts[edit]

Piñeiro signed with the Indianapolis Colts on May 17, 2021,[37] but was waived on August 24, 2021.[38]

Washington Football Team[edit]

Piñeiro signed with the Washington Football Team's practice squad on September 3, 2021,[39] but was released a week later.

That doesn't mean anything. Younghoe Koo was let go by the Chargers and Patriots, and is kicking well in Atlanta.

New England Patriots[edit]

Following the suspension of the AAF, Koo worked out with the Chicago Bears, who were in need of a kicker after releasing Cody Parkey, but did not end up signing with the team.[29] After longtime kicker Stephen Gostkowski was placed on injured reserve, the New England Patriots signed Koo to their practice squad on October 4, 2019.[30] On October 15, 2019, Koo was released.[31]

2017.  Florida vs. LSU in the swamp.  Florida takes a 7 point lead, the crowd is going crazy and chanting "Eddy, Eddy Eddy" for some reason as he takes the field to kick the extra point.  He misses.  This is college, not the long extra try points like the NFL.  The Florida Gators lost that game by 1 point.  Florida lost the next 5 straight games, resulting in the firing of Jim McElwain.

Jets fans, you're welcome for that story.

I applaud your optimism.
