sit wilson this week he is doomed

Recommended Posts

if you like wilson or hate him-this week he should be on the bench

the team will be probably without moore and we know davis is out

rbs-no carter probably no coleman

this game is going to be ugly even though the saints pass d is beatable

protect the "franchise" qb roll out white

LOL, no.

He just had one of his two best performances of the season. You want to see him build on that.

By the way, the Saints defense is good and better than the Eagles defense we just played. It's tough to play QB in the NFL. Too bad. Time to grow. The idea isn't to hide him, it's to develop him.

Absolutely not.

Stop making pre-emptive excuses.

I’d say the opposite.  Coaches do this too often.  Try to insulate their young QBs.  Make them go away from what might be normal.  Defenses know that too and it makes it more difficult, not less.  I’d say let him fire away.

The kid is improving, his all 22 film breakdown last week showed us that.  Big leap forward.  He needs as much experience as possible.  The OL has been playing very solid pass protection.

I can't wait to see if he can build off of his good performance last week.

I'm starting to tingle a little - Zach Wilson may (may!) be our FQB!!  yes, similar to Sam and Mark who ended up not being the FQB but still  .... he MAY be.  Lesssgoooooooo!!!

The Saints defense could be without both starting DE's: Cam Jordan and Marcus Davenport.

Cameron Jordan goes on COVID-19 reserve list and Marcus Davenport missed last Thursday’s loss to the Cowboys with a shoulder injury and Tanoh Kpassagnon went on injured reserve last week, so the team could be quite thin at defensive end this weekend.

Kind of crazy feeling but this offense has depth.   Johnson and Walter are solid, both actually have a little pop. Crowder, Cole, Mims, Berrios are fine options at WR.  Great?  No but if you're down 2 WR's and 2 RB's and that's what you're rolling out?  You should feel good.  Kudos JD.

That helps a lot, but they are still a top 10 defense that just held the Cowboys to under 240 yards passing without Davenport.

Not without both though. Zach should have all day to throw. No excuses this week.

Because without your DEs you dont have a defense?  No LBs, no CBs, no S's and no nickel?

Zero excuse for Jets to lose this game. Zero.

If you can get a Wilsonian to agree up front what a successful game from Zach would look like production-wise, you're a better man than I, Tom.
