i guess the cowboys should have gotten rid of Jimmy Johnson and Troy Aikman their first year when they went 1-15?

not sure what happened in the 2nd half, but the play calling and OL setups were god awful. Zach got hit and sacked repeatedly. Truly pathetic OL play and lafleuer needed to call plays with better protection.

Yeah, he needs to dust off "Teh Good Plays" he called for Mike White in the Bengals game and try some of those.

Look, I agree the halftime adjustments have not been impressive -- glaringly so in the Eagles and now Houston games -- but I think it's a deeper story about Lafleur prioritizing making sure Zach is comfortable with the game plan after a week of practice over trusting Zach to implement adjustments on the fly to try to win games. I concede I have no proof of this. But it is a reasonable explanation IMHO.
