Post Round-1 Draft Order Algorithm

Looking at Tankathon it's clear that draft order in later rounds is not determined exactly the same way as it is in the first round. Does anybody know what the slight differences are?

It's clear that even when trades are ignored the draft order is different for many teams.

Pretty sure it flips based on record. Like if 3 teams are 5-11 and the team with the lowest SOS picks first in round 1 then the 3rd team goes 1st in round 2 then round 3 it goes back to the initial team etc. Something like that

That makes sense, only the teams with tying records have switched.
