Aikman. Don’t judge Bowles on what he did with the JETS. F him

So prospective franchises interviewing Bowles should disregard the huge sample size of him mostly crapping the bed every Sunday, and being a total pussy on a regualr basis. Right. And dont' check out the draft day video when he was smiling ear to ear as the Jets drafted Jamal Adams over Mahomes and Watson when THEY HAD NO OFFENSE.

He always had the rap of not the smartest but you have to wonder if he has lingering effects of shots he took when playing. He took many vicious hits to the head.

So did Antonio Brown, but he turned out just fine

Thanks for this, Dunnie.   Maybe more related to C.T.E.?  Either way, it's sad that players go through this brain/emotional trauma.

So how did Mac Jones' performance last night differ from what we just saw from Hurts?   Both were bad when it counted and both put up garbage time stats.  The only difference was Jones was not robbed of a couple of drives by horrible officiating like Hurts was in the late 2nd quarter and early 3rd quarter.  Yet people say Hurts was bad and Jones was not to blame.

Hurts from my perspective throws an inaccurate ball.  He missed a lot of throws.   3 picks????  Just my off the cuff thought.

Does Boomer Esiason have alzheimers also?  Honestly I just think if you put a microphone or camera in front of people eventually they start acting like morons.

Boomer has always been a jerk. Brother in law played quarterback against him in High School. Says he Always was a dope

The studio pre and post game shows have become the real life version of what was parodied in the first Naked Gun movie.  Put 6-7 analysts in a row at a table and give them each the opportunity to add a 15 second inane sound bite.  No analysis, nothing for the true fan. Just a bunch of Captain Obvious statements or an attempt to be provocative.

It's so true they dumbed it down to a point that they are more concerned with doing an Abbott and Costello routine then analyzing games.

Hello friends. At least it is not a pats game.

Shocked Nantz is even available. Would expect he would be on the grounds of Augusta National in his Patriots hairshirt, mourning and weeping, while getting handies from strip mall whores with his great friend Robert Kraft.

No, it’s more like most football fans realize QBs look bad when their team’s defense are getting blown out.*

*this “garbage time” rule doesn’t apply to Jet QBs though. They’re showing progression.
